Electromagnetic effect: television and lights go haywire. Metal parasol-shaped UFOs twist and fly, unfold and return.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Several metallic dome-shaped objects were observed by two witnesses at a mountain for ten minutes.
