Car-sized disc at 100 feet altitude. Moves slowly and silently. Stops in place for 5 minutes, then shoots away.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One disc, about 20 feet across, was observed for over six minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
