Nocturnal lights, disc, delta, light beams, telepathy. Very complex case.
Objects were observed. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. Multiple independent witnesses. Several objects were observed by two witnesses on a road for 50 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
