Blue beam from 40m diameter disc strikes highway. Witness feels pain. No sound, no odor. UFO rapidly to the northeast.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One disc was observed by one witness on a highway for two minutes. No sound was heard.
