ROTC incident.
Two ROTC students saw silver saucer-cigar following their car. Maneuvered too fast to be blimp, they claimed. A cigar-shaped object was observed. One silver cigar-shaped object was observed by two witnesses in a swamp. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
