Police incident.
Two RCMP and two other civilian witnesses saw Nocturnal light hover and flash colors, oscillate over lake. Seen again 12 Jan. An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One multi-colored light was observed by four witnesses (as reported to the police) at a lake for ten minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
