Blue domed cigar hovers, darts about, shoots up. Has fins on ends, light on top, size unstated.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One blue cigar-shaped object was observed in a residential area. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
