60 feet circle with lights at low altitude, beam lights to ground for 5 seconds, silent, then away.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One elliptical, about 80 feet across, was observed in a swamp. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
