Highway maintenance crew spots bright UFO in night sky, tree top level, changing colors. When trucks orange beacons turned on, there is a big red flash and object moving rapidly to the west.
A hovering object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One changing color object was observed by a group of male witnesses at a lake for 30 minutes (Beaulieu).
