Two 3' greenish unipeds, cyclops with pug nose, vestigial arms. two steel-colored craft held more creatures. Circle of whirled grass 10 feet diameter at landing site.
Flying discs were observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Ground traces were found. Two discs were observed in foggy weather by one male witness in a yard (Cantu, J). Two 3-foot-tall cyclopes were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 133: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
