Large bright blue Nocturnal light buzzes car, drops, turns, crosses road. Strobe light.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One blue light was observed on a highway. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
