Bright white light hovers and maneuvers for 5 minutes, descends toward ocean.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white light was observed by nine witnesses on the ocean for five minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
