Brilliant white light illuminates valley. When car turns off headlights and leaves on orange parking lights, changes orange, then white, paced car, turned ruby red.
An object was observed from a car. One changing color light was observed by two experienced male witnesses in a rural area (O'Brien). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
