20th Century : Iufob, Germany 
UFO came down with amazing speed, hovered 40m from ground, 60m away. Looked like Gulf Breeze UFO (photo #23). Orange power ring, changed to yellow, shot straight up.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One orange ring, around 100 feet away, was observed by one male witness (Leshibis; Veich). A man in black was seen. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
