In 1980 : Ogden, Utah, USA 
Two men walking in a field, clear sky, shadow of UFO 20 feet above them. Underside glowed bright white light. Started to run, missing time.
Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. One white object, about twenty feet away, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses in a field (Fuller).
