Three photos taken of silver tank or disc moving low over ocean, suddenly lurched forward, leaping several 100 feet into air, black spot seen making erratic movements, thumping noise
Flying discs were observed and photographed. Two silver discs were observed by one experienced male witness on the ocean for over one minute (Walters). A thumping sound was heard.
