Electromagnetic effect: truck engine, lights, CB radio. 18' diameter domed disc hovers, fades from visibility in sleet. When gone, engine and lights come back on.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed in sleeting weather by one male 43-year-old witness on a highway for over 12 minutes (McCool, L).
