Two women in car observe orange red UFO off road on ground. It climbed up over power lines. Ground marks: 3.6m wide ring, 8-10cm wide. four holes present within ring, tests of dead grass high UV radiation.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Ground traces were found. One red-orange ball, about 20 feet across, around 500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two female witnesses, typical age 28, at an electric plant for ten minutes (Anderson). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
