Capital Al incident.
Blue streak (10 feet long), sausage shaped, collided with plane and exploded. An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One sausage-shaped object, about 10 feet across, was observed by one witness briefly (Graham). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
