Rescue Boat incident.
Nautical UFO. three in rescue boat, radar goes crazy. Boat caught in wake of very large diving object. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One object was observed by three witnesses on the ocean for two minutes. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
