RB-47 incident. Explanation: Meteor.
Bluish-white luminous light comes from southwest, plays cat-and-mouse with B-47 with ECM gear, ground and air radar returns. Blips showed object split in two. Klass says it was meteor. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually from a car. Two blue-white shifting-shape objects were observed by six experienced male military witnesses on the shore for 40 minutes (Bachner; Chase; Mcclure). Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 444: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
