Silent 30 feet object at 50 feet altitude 30 minutes. Bright white light. Dogs very disturbed.
Objects were observed. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Four white lights were observed by two witnesses for three hours. A copter-like sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
