Disc complete with "power ring" observed by Buddy Pollak.
An object was observed and videotaped. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One black disc, about 20 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in overcast weather by one 46-year-old witness in the suburbs for over three minutes (Walters). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 441: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires only slight modification of the data.
