11-yr-old boy saw cigar object rise out of lake, 15' diameter, and brown/black.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One brown cigar-shaped object was observed by one male 11-year-old witness in a town for over one minute. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
