Woman saw intense blinking light over bay from her window.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. More than six lights were observed by one witness for over 60 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
