19 April 1991 Evening Gulf Breeze, Florida, USA 
Green ball of light. Hovered, moved, zig-zagged toward Gulf. Lost to view behind buildings.
A hovering object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. One green ball was observed by seven witnesses on the shore for a few minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
