Power failure. 10-15 discs sighted. 8 of them buzz telecom satellite station.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. More than 10 discs were observed by numerous witnesses at an electric plant for over 15 minutes.
