Construction incident.
A flying disc was observed. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 39, for over four minutes. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
