Administrator incident.
Falling leaf motion. Shiny metallic disc oscillates in sky, stops, rises, circles, goes to the northeast . An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One metallic disc was observed in clear weather by three male witnesses, typical age 25, at a lake for seven minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
