Student incident.
Physiological effects: felt heat on chests, trouble breathing, speaking. Electromagnetic effect: static on radio. Car felt as though floating, hard to steer. An abduction of a witness was reported. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One multi-colored light was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 16, on a highway. A whooshing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE4: Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind (Abductions) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
