Steel Company Employee incident.
Electromagnetic effect: tape casette in player erased as Volkswagen drove close by dark cone-shaped object, three white rotating lights on bottom. Other tapes in cardboard box on car seat OK. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One dark cone-shaped object was observed by two female witnesses, typical age 20, in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
