Army Vet incident. Explanation: Balloon.
Large, football-shaped object with brilliant metallic sheen, seen near lake E2M of Dresser. Closed to 200m,moved over lake, seen again over gravel pit, ascended at 85 degree angle. An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight.One metallic football-shaped object, about 10 feet across, around 500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by five male witnesses, typical age 25, at a lake for five minutes (Hogan).
