An object was observed and photographed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One object was observed in clear weather by a male witness (as reported to the police) for several hours (Gjelseth). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
