Cone-shaped UFO flew directly at pickup truck. It had two red lights on top, white light in middle. Electromagnetic effect: engine stalled.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored cone-shaped object was observed by more than one witness, typical age 38, on a highway for several hours. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
