60 feet domed disc, antenna with red light on top. arrow-like projection. Hovered 30 seconds 45' altitude. television Radio frequency interference, magnet detector buzzed.
A hovering flying disc was observed using optical instruments. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One domed disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by one witness in a yard for five minutes. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
