Power fails twice at lighthouse as big Nocturnal light flies south of island. Reported by men at the lighthouse.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One light, larger than a star, was observed in clear weather by four male witnesses, typical age 27, on the ocean for over an hour (Burns).
