Hovering objects were observed. Two box-shaped objects were observed in foggy weather by one male witness on a road for over three minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
