Nocturnal light emitted blue and red light flashes, flew over city at high rate of speed.
A flying disc was observed. One multi-colored disc was observed by several hundred witnesses (as reported to the police) in a city for five minutes (Da Silva). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
