Pilot incident.
Viewed through binoculars. Round orange object flew to the south, made crackling noise, turned to the southwest. Nocturnal light exited from larger object, flew rapidly to the west. Cigar-shaped objects were observed using optical instruments. Two orange round objects were observed by several male witnesses in a city for over one minute (Neva). A crackling sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
