Electromagnetic effects: registered on magnetograph tapes, variometers, tracked with theodolite. Photos. Blue-green lighted object, zigzagged, strong Radio frequency interference. Government coverup.
An object was observed using optical instruments and photographed. It zig-zagged through the air. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One changing color disc, the size of a star, was observed in cloudy weather by 17 male experienced military witnesses on the ice for 20 minutes (Barrera; Cerda; Jahn; Moya; Perisse). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 404: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; no site visit, or answer unknown; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
