Pilot incident.
30-50 feet domed disc with 8-10 illuminated windows, 4' square, frosty pink color. A flying disc was observed. One domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 24, on a river for over four minutes. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
