UFO landed, witness almost ran over one of its occupants, with his car. Creature was height of car fender, wore crinkly aluminum suit, globe helmet.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by one male 27-year-old witness on a highway for five minutes (Suffern). One 2.5-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a crinkly suit, was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
