USAF incident.
Dogfight with light that circles aircraft several times. An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One light was observed by one experienced male military witness at a military facility. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
