Disc hovered. Had rudder. Traces: large oily circles found.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Traces found. One disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by one female 13-year-old witness in a residential area (Sisk). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
