EM, physiological effects. Motorists felt paralyzed same time as lights, radio, engine died. Felt very cold, unable to move, saw bright shining object rise from ground, shoot into sky.
An object was observed using optical instruments. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One object was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 35, on a highway (Rinaldi).
