Radar/visual confirmation, police helicopter. two very bright cones of bright light moved rapidly. Hendry suggested prank balloon as explanation, but UFO too bright, emitted energetic ball of light. Explanation: Prank.
Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Two white cone-shaped objects were observed by four experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) in a stadium for over 15 minutes (Arey).
