Radio frequency interference: burst of static on car radio. Metallic object glowed yellow-white with blue, orange, green, yellow rotating lights on bottom.
A hovering flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored disc was observed by one male 22-year-old witness for two minutes (Ernest).
