Carpenter incident.
Distinct disc hovered for 5 minutes. Had windows, structure on top. Shot away rapidly to the south. A hovering flying disc was observed. One disc was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 48, in a city for ten minutes (Senecal). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
