A hovering object was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One object, about 600 feet across, was observed by two female witnesses in a city for over three minutes (Burkhart; Carter; Grossman; Ricci; Salsgiver; Sandulli). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
