Three small beings, two 3' tall, one slightly taller. Wore white monk's habits, hoods, no facial features, belts with instruments, kept legs stiff as if no knees. Luminous red ball on sidewalk, 40 meters away.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One red ball, around 100 feet away, was observed by one female 60-year-old witness in a city for five minutes (Dolphijn). Three 3-foot-tall dwarves, each wearing a robe and hood, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
